Affiliate Disclosure

What Is Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate marketing is an arrangement where a website earns a commission for referring visitors to a product or service. When you click a tracked link on GamingMor and complete a qualifying action (such as purchasing a game, subscribing to a service, or downloading an app), we may receive a small payment from the merchant.
The price you pay is never affected by whether a link is an affiliate link. You pay exactly the same amount you would pay visiting the merchant directly.
Which Programmes Do We Use?
We participate in affiliate programmes including but not limited to:
- Amazon Associates — for gaming peripherals and physical products
- Gaming platform affiliate programmes — including mobile game publishers and PC game storefronts
- VPN and software services — relevant to gaming setups
- Other direct affiliate agreements — with individual gaming brands and publishers
How We Identify Affiliate Links
Affiliate links on GamingMor may redirect through our own short-link system (e.g. gamingmor.com/go/...) or through third-party tracking URLs. In articles where affiliate links are present, you will see a disclosure notice at the top of the page.
Our Editorial Independence Policy
GamingMor's editorial content is written independently of our affiliate relationships. We do not accept payment to write positive reviews, and we do not alter our editorial opinion based on affiliate potential.
Specifically:
- We only recommend games and products we genuinely believe are worth your time
- Affiliate links are never added to content as a condition of coverage
- Our Origins articles are editorial — they trace the history and creative DNA of games, and are not promotional content
- We do not receive payment from game publishers or developers in exchange for coverage
If we have a material connection to a product beyond standard affiliate commissions — such as a sponsored post or free product review — we will clearly disclose this within the article itself.
FTC Compliance
This disclosure complies with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 CFR Part 255). These guidelines require that any material connection between an endorser and a product be clearly disclosed to consumers.
